By booking a service with Brian Nisbet Plumbing and Heating, you agree to receive plumbing and heating services as described on this website. All services are subject to availability and may require on-site inspection.

A trip charge applies to all service calls. Estimates are not free for service-based work. Final pricing will be determined after on-site evaluation.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to arrive on time, delays may occur due to prior jobs or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients are encouraged to provide notice if they need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated cancellations may affect future booking availability.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if payment terms are not met.

We are committed to providing quality workmanship. However, we are not liable for pre-existing issues, hidden damages, or problems outside the scope of the agreed service.

Any warranties on parts or materials are subject to manufacturer terms. Labor warranties, if provided, will be communicated during service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
